Best Domicile A Trivial Laundry Shelf

Since it was for the Laundry Room, I wanted to contain a drying rack. My inspiration were these styles from Ballard designs:

I went to my closest store looking for similar racks, but couln't notice them inwards the modest size I needed.  While browsing the shop this guy got my attention:

A swing arm trouser rack :) that would work! I simply lead maintain to cutting the top purpose or claw as well as inwards gild to attach it to the shelf I got these EZ-Cable clips at HD:
