Best Habitation A Recycled Pumpkin

For many years I've been collecting this.
Yeah,  ribbon spools.

It was difficult for me to only throw them away.
I kept on saving them non knowing how I could recycle them.
The solely affair I could mean value of was for wheels for a toy car but that was well-nigh it.
Then final twelvemonth I noticed those pumpkins made out of offend lids, similar the 1 HERE that I actually love, the solely work is I don't get got that many offend lids :/
So, y'all got it!
My collection of empty ribbon spools came inwards handy to practise that same look. This is how:

Detach the sides of the spools from the ring.

Spray pigment the rings.  For obvious reasons I used orange ;)

Before the pigment dries, give them a shower of glitter.

Once dry out accept a slice of string (I used a low-cal wire), together with lace it through all the rings.

For the stem, whatever slice of newspaper would do, scroll it together with cutting it to size.

Use jute rope to larn only about the paper, asset it inwards house amongst a point of hot glue.  Paint it together with add together glitter.

Place it inwards the centre of the pumpkin together with you're done.

You'll larn a rattling sparkly pumpkin, though the decorative possibilities are endless.
